BODEGAS ANTAÑO

[The Wine] [Where to Buy]

Bodegas AntañoBodegas Antaño is ideally located in the historic and picturesque town of Briones, in the Rioja Alta subdivision of the Rioja region. It is bordered on the north by the town of San Vicente de Sonsierra and on the south by the towns of Ollauri and San Asensio. To the east are the towns of Cenicero and Elciego and on the west, it is adjacent to the town of Haro.

Bodegas Antaño, currently under renovation, produces 100,000 cases annually. Their wines consist of tempranillo, Garnacha (Grenache), Mazuelo (Carignan), and Graciano, all indigenous, and all of which echo Rioja's long tradition. Following the guidelines set by the Consejo Regulador de Rioja, one of the strictest eonological governing bodies in all of Europe, Bodegas Antaño bottles wines under the classifications of Blanco, Rosado, Tinto, Crianza, Reserva, and Gran Reserva.
