THE VINEYARDS

[Bodegas Parxet] [Where to Buy ]

Parxet has dedicated itself to preserving the Classic grapes of the region - Pansa Blanca (Xarel-lo), Macabeo and Parellada - while also identifying which other varieties might to well in this climate and soil, namely Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay. Due to differences in soil and climate, the Pansa Blanca produces wines with more potency and character than the same variety in the Penedés.
